Good questions to ask.

Does it cost anything to register?
No. Our service to candidates is free. Under UK law, employment agencies cannot charge work-seekers a fee for finding them work.
Will my CV be sent to employers without my permission?
Never. We'll always talk to you about a specific opportunity and get your agreement before your details are shared with any employer.
What happens after I register?
Alexia reviews every registration herself. If your experience fits a current or upcoming role, she'll call you to talk it through. If not right now, your details stay on file (in line with our privacy notice) for when the right opportunity comes up.
I'm happy in my job — should I still register?
Many people do. Registering simply means that if something genuinely worth considering comes along, you'll hear about it — discreetly.
Can I update or remove my details?
Yes, at any time. Just get in touch and we'll update or delete your information. Your rights are explained in our candidate privacy notice.
Do you offer interview preparation?
Where we introduce you to a role, Alexia will help you prepare — the format, the people you'll meet and what they're looking for — and give you honest feedback afterwards.
