Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website comfortably, whatever their device, ability or circumstances.

What we've done

• Designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
• Text and interface colours chosen to meet AA contrast standards.
• The site can be navigated fully by keyboard, with visible focus indicators and a "skip to content" link.
• Semantic headings, labelled form fields and clear error messages that are announced to screen readers.
• Animation is subtle and respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.
• Text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.

Known limitations

We test the site regularly, but some content may not yet be perfect. Uploaded documents such as job descriptions supplied by employers may not always be fully accessible.
